PULL DOWN THIS HOUSE, AND REBUILD AN ENDURING ONE, O LORD by Nsikan Nkordeh

This piece is a follow up the last one I wrote, entitled  'LORD, help our hopelessness, Nigeria is fast drifting to Hell'. I would crave the indulgence  of all to be patient with this piece as it may be a bit length. It is a piece written from a heart full of patriotic anguish and sincere call for a paradigm shift

I still stand by my assertion  that Nigeria's condition is irredeemable and hopeless except by the personal intervention of God. I personally feel that if an Angel is sent , he may return to Heaven without accomplishing  his mission, or would be compromised by the Nigerian Factor-this is to show the gravity of our situation, how decadent we have become

BAKARE's PROPHECY.

I start my write-up with a prophesy which Dr. Tunde Bakare made some years ago  and the vision I had in 2000 in my room at the University of Lagos

Pastor Bakare said " Here comes a tender plant from the side of the north, prepared before the foundation of the earth to steer Nigeria into her prophetic destiny. His two feet are deep in the blood of tyrants and in his right hand and left hand are swords of judgment and justice.

He will wipe out the emirates and the traditional institutions. He will reduce the military to the level of errand boys. In his time, the economy of Nigeria will recover faster than that of Japan.”.

MY VISION

In 2000 while I was in my room at the University of Lagos, praying, I had a trance/vision, I can't say which, where I saw a New Nigeria descending from above, and there was a cleansing and a purification of the New Nigeria, starting from the North until the purification reached the delta part of Nigeria, and after the cleansing, the New Nigeria emerged, shining white and it was very glorious

THE PRESENT REALITY AND THE FRAUD WE ARE PRESENTLY PRACTISING

I am a great follower of Tunde Bakare,because he has shown me to be one of the most consistent and patriotic Christian Clergies of our time. I don't attend Latter Rain Assembly, and I have never been to his church , but I have been following him for over 20yrs now, and he is a true Prophet of God.

I believe in the above prophesy of Tunde Bakare, and I have been earnestly praying  and awaiting the fulfilment of that prophesy because that is the only way Nigeria can be delivered from the shackles of the political principalities and powers that have continually held Nigeria bond. Whether we like it or not, that prophesy is hanging over Nigeria, and no amount of prayers or intercession can stop it. I earnestly await that 'Tender  plant from the side of the North..'... Tunde Bakare received this prophetic word, and it seems as if it will not come to pass because the events of the past years have shown a total lack of direction in the Nigeria project, but I say unequivocally that the prophesy shall come to pass, there shall be a new Nigeria, ushered in on a template of truth, equity and justice, and not on the current fraud we presently practice

When I say, 'Pull down this house, and rebuild an enduring one, O Lord', the House in this statement does not stand for Nigeria, but instead refers to this present fraud we practice as 'democracy'. I stand to be corrected that Nigeria does not practice democracy but a fraud , where kleptomaniacs and  their cronies have chosen to take turns in defrauding the country. In the present system as practised, it is a colossal waste of resources to conduct elections, as it has been shown and proven that elections in Nigeria are just coronation rituals , where the people's wish and will are not respected. More than 94% of those who claim to have been elected were actually rigged in by the political  principalities that have determined to keep Nigeria under. Nothing good and just can come out from the present form of government. It is built on fraud. The present system did not start now but began since 1999, and has been the greatest waste of money and fraud that has been perpetrated in the name of democracy. The present template used is a recipe of calamity and crisis.

Nigeria , as it presently stands is  terribly sick, and I must say that I am ashamed to be a part of this society where the whole fabric of civility has been totally eroded and destroyed. The whole political class has become a gang of robbers, striving to outwit one another in the looting and fleecing of the country. From the presidency, through the National Assembly to local government, Nigeria has lunatics manning helms of affairs, making laws for sane beings who have chosen to be silent to the lunacy in the political terraine.Nigeria is sick, and terribly for that matter, the key institutions have been either destroyed or compromised. For me there are three Realms of  institutions  that have really disappointed me - The Clergy(especially the Christian ones, since I am a Christian), the Judiciary and the Press. In sane climes these three are supposed to be at the Vanguard of Truth and Justice, to be the thermometer that measures the moral temperature of the society and the thermostat that should regulate the behaviour of the community. The reverse  is the case in Nigeria, and it is the foundation of  the debilitating corruption.

THE PRESS: The press has exhibited an uncanny display of bias and unprofessionalism. The 2011 general election was a watershed for Nigeria; it was an election that would determine the security, stability and viability of Nigeria. The Nigeria press, instead of being a vehicle of educating the masses on the adverse and generational consequences of making wrong choices, was practically compromised. Its reporting before, during and shortly after the general elections were jaundiced with biases, ethnicity and regionalism. The press mainly the Southern ones showed that they were not interested in the pedigree, quality and manifesto of the parties and personalities that took over the helm of affairs. They chorused with unprecedented harmony the salvation which Goodluck Jonathan would bring to Nigeria; they refused to bring up critical issues like pedigree, integrity and party .For the first time, the Press projected the image of GoodLuck Jonathan beyond excellence and painted him as the saviour- what a shame

THE CLERGY: For me , the most disappointing was the position taken by the Clergy, especially the Christian clergies. I was highly disappointed in the position taken by men respected and popular clergies, who exhibited classical ethnicity and biased based on religion. Some of them went too far by public endorsing Jonathan , and some went the whole log to ascribe him as the 'anointed'. It was a show of unstatesmanship and an abuse of their spiritual position. My main  annoyance with the  clergies, where their basis of endorsing, tacitly or openly, the candidature of Jonathan. There was no coherence in their argument, many dictated it as a divine fiat to congregations, and others where 'canal' enough to bring in the ethnic and regional bias. The most shameful was the part played by the leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria-it was just unbelievable. For many of us, the position taken by the clergies redefined our perception of 'Men of God'. For me, I had to re-evaluate many, and I had to delist a lot from my list of reverend men. Since, some of them chose to mislead the people in voting a totally unprepared person, with no pedigree, I have also chosen to see them as men whose words are not sacrosanct. It baffled me that these clergies chose to exalt trivial issues like religion , ethnicity and region above the security and progress of Nigeria. They chose to endorse a man that had so many corruption cases hanging over him and a clear case of ineptitude over a man that had been adjudged 'incorruptible' and 'honest' because that other man was a not from their religion.For me, I actually wept for Nigeria, and had a re-appraisal for our clergy, and I made up my mind never to see any Man of God as the 'Infallible voice of God'

THE JUDICIARY: The Judiciary has never been this debased. For now, the Nigeria Judiciary is a total disgrace, apart from few good ones. The Judges  have lost  their minds and became puns in the hands of politicians. Once upon a time, Judges were highly reverend and venerated officials because they carried themselves with mien of honour, and aura of dignity , but this is not the case now, as our Judiciary nose-dived to an all-time low, where Judicial officers became contractors and politically minded and biased officials. The level of corruption is so pronounced that the Judges, working in tandem with lawyers have perfected the means of subverting justice in a very wise manner. They dish out outlandish judgements that lacks commonsense and justice. The Judiciary under the present democratic dispensation has constituted themselves as an albatross to justice and equity. It was in this strings of absurdity that a complete team of Judges seating over the Presidential Election Tribunal of 2011 reverted  an earlier decision given by the same panel when Justice Ayo Salami sat there as Chairman. The new panel agreed with INEC,Jonathan  and PDP that allowing for a biometric analysis of the voter papers and INEC database was going to expose the nation to security risk. They cited 'National Security' as the reason for not allowing the Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, to prove their case against PDP and Goodluck Jonathan. This was a perverted landmark judgement that laid the foundation for future rigging, and which gave assurance to riggers that their evil can never be uncovered. It was the most incredible judgement I have ever heard, it was really preposterous, and that was the  platform on which Jonathan disputed victory was legitimised .Surprisingly, the Press and the Clergies did not see anything wrong with this fundamentally flawed and potentially destructive ruling

PULLING DOWN THIS HOUSE OF FRAUD

I emphatically declare that this present platform on which we practice democracy is a fraud, and is not sustainable. The march to the promised land is delayed as long as the present template is what we are working with, it is an avoidable delay to the day of redemption. This present house cannot deliver the needed change we dream of, and it is a contraption of deceiption.The foundation of the present house is built on fraud, lies, deception and blood. It will sink, and surely it will collapse. The way the country is presently being run will only lead to disaster and an abrupt plunging of the nation into an abyss of destruction and clamity.The system as it is presently is fashioned to sustain fraud and mediocrity. There need to be an immediate redemption of the Project Nigeria, this present house must be pulled down for an enduring one ,built on Truth, Justice, Equity and Righteousness to be raised and built. This present system is irredeemable, and no amount of prayers can correct it - "..if the foundation be destroyed, what can the Righteous do..." Psalm 11:3

This present House cannot deliver the new Nigeria I saw...A New Nigeria has to be built an a new platform and template, it has to be anchored by men, consumed in patriotism, driven by altruism and guided by truth and righteousness. No, no, the present system is a fraud, and must be collapsed for a new one, springing out from the womb of destiny, fired from eternity to time, for the emancipation of Nigeria....." Here comes a tender plant from the side of the north, prepared before the foundation of the earth to steer Nigeria into her prophetic destiny...."

There is an unassailable  connection between the New Nigeria and Dr. Bakare's prophesy. The New Nigeria shall be ushered in by  that 'Tender Plant' from the side of the North' We cannot mix new wine with old ones, we cannot mend a garment by sewing an new piece on the old...It would not work. The New Nigeria shall be ushered in by a 'Tender plant' that has not been defiled by the corruption of the present system, he is prepared by God ,from the foundation of the earth, with a sole purpose of forcing Nigeria into her destiny. He will rule with a iron hand, he will be a benevolent dictator that will act out a script written by God....The New Nigeria shall be ushered in on that new, untainted and unblemished platform

THE NEW NIGERIA.

Since , this old, evil and corrupt system is surely passing away and surely going to be pulled down, a New Nigeria built on Truth, Justice, Equity and Righteousness would emerge.....

The 'Tender Plant' is getting ready to emerge, the blood of tyrants and corrupt politicians shall be his threshing floor .I see him holding in his two hands the sword of Justice for the oppressed on the one hand, and judgement for the corrupt officials, the emirates and traditional institution that have been used by the corrupt politicians to enslave Nigeria  will be wiped away and become ordinary and commonplace, the military, both officers and rank and files, will be turned to errand boys. The ''Tender Plants' shall restore the glory of Nigeria, the dignity of our country shall be recovered.....I see the 'Tender Plant', coming , moving nearer, with an anger for corruption, shod in the garment of  War, his hands holding two glittering swords-Justice and Judgement .I hear  lamentation , not of the Nigerian people, but that of corrupt officials , behind bars, under fetters for their transgression. I see the sword of Judgment, piercing through the bowels  of looters, cutting off the heads of those that have  systemically and conspiratorially impoverished and enslaved Nigeria, I see the Vultures and the Owls gathering to eat the carcasses of the corrupt principalities that have kept Nigeria down. I see blood , not of war or epidemic, but the blood of those that took covenant with death to keep Nigeria under siege and under yoke- their blood is gushing , flowing like a stream, their just retribution measured to them in full. I see a cleansing from the North of Nigeria to the  South, down to the delta of the South South.....Judgement is measured in full dose to those that have wrecked the Country. I see the 'Tender Plant' standing , valiantly like a warrior, cladded in garment of warfare, his hand with two swords drenched  with blood, his feet covered to the heel with the blood of tyrants. I see the 'Tender Plant', smiling, laughing and sighing .......he said .."Nigeria is redeemed from the principalities and powers that held in down..."Nigeria is free, Nigeria is delivered, Nigeria is emancipated from the clutches of evil.

The 'Tender Plant' shall emerge, in my life time, by God's grace, and very , very soon. I don't know how he will emerge, but one thing I know is that he cannot emerge from the present contraption of lies, the present template cannot produce the 'Jehu', it can only instigate the emergence of the 'Tender Plant'. He will have to pull down this lies we call , democracy, sanitize the politic, bring judgement and justice by the guidance of God, and build a new democracy, based on Truth, Equity and Justice

A New Nigeria shall emerge, and will shall all rejoice again. Nigeria shall flourish again!
